- I worked as part of a team to introduce AI-driven QA workflows, contributing to the design and implementation of new approaches to test documentation and knowledge management. As part of this initiative, we designed AI-based test documentation processes, built a feature knowledge base, and created templates and prompts for test case generation. As a result, up to 80% of test cases were created with AI support, significantly reducing documentation time and improving consistency.
