Operation and development of the optical transport network: DWDM (used multiplexers: Huawei OptiX OSN8800); - SDH (used multiplexers Siemens hit 7070DC, Siemens hit 7070SC, Siemens hit 7050CC); - Solution of issues arising on the network; - Repair and adjustment, emergency recovery work on the network; - Frequent business trips within the region (including night work); - Interaction with technical specialists from district communication centers, others branches, International Switching Center, consumer companies as well; - Activation (deactivation) of connections according to orders; - Development of communication redundancy schemes; - Technical documentation maintenance (schemes, databases, passports for station equipment of the optical transport network within the Mogilev region);

Operative monitoring of the network around the clock (monitoring group); - Analysis of emergency situations; - Operative decisions making on localization of failures; - Technical control of works on the optical transport network in Mogilev region; - Tuning of network protection: SNCP, MSP1: 1, MSP 1: N, MSP 1 + 1;
